At Hawk Parts, we offer our best prices by including delivery only to the UK mainland in our website pricing. If your delivery address is outside the UK mainland, please note that additional shipping charges may apply. If so, we’ll contact you before any payment is processed.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. If there’s a delay in dispatching your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
We purchase all our products in bulk to keep prices low and maintain strong stock levels. However, there may be occasions when an item you’ve ordered is temporarily out of stock. If this happens, we’ll inform you promptly and refund any payments made for the affected product.
Any goods found to be faulty within 12 months of purchase will be repaired, or if repair isn’t possible, replaced. Please note that Hawk Parts will not be held responsible for any labour costs incurred during the fitting of our products, whether faulty or not.

If you no longer require any items from your order, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel and return the goods. All our products are made from high-quality materials and thoroughly checked prior to dispatch.
If you experience any issues with your product, you have the right to contact us and have the issue resolved in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
