Any goods found to be faulty within 12 months of purchase will be repaired and, where this is not possible, replaced. Hawk Parts will not be held responsible for any labour costs incurred for fitting our products, whether faulty or not.

Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be incorrectly priced or described. In such cases, we are not obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description. We reserve the right to correct any errors. We will either cancel your order and refund any payment made, or contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or description. If we cannot reach you, or you choose not to proceed, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. Goods will only be released once full payment funds have been cleared or authorised.

Terms and Conditions of Delivery

Orders shipped within the United Kingdom include 20% VAT and are delivered using our standard courier services. We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier availability. If there is going to be a delay with dispatching your order, we will contact you to advise you of this.

All packages are sent from the United Kingdom. For deliveries to recipients within the EU, you (or the recipient, if different) are the Importer of Record (IOR) and are responsible for any import formalities, taxes, VAT, duty charges, levies, or other fees required by local customs authorities.

All international orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. This means import taxes, VAT, and duty charges are not included at checkout and will be payable by the recipient upon delivery.

Ownership and risk transfer to the recipient once the goods are handed over to the transport service within the UK.

International returns from the EU must be sent via FedEx or TNT. Customers using other couriers may be liable for import duties.

INCLUSIVE TAX

For orders made within the United Kingdom, VAT is already included in the displayed prices.

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom are zero‑rated exports, and you are responsible for paying any import taxes associated with the destination country.
When you select your country at checkout, UK VAT will automatically be removed.
