SHIPPING POLICY

All of our products are shipped with our 48hr Courier. Please allow 3-4 working days for any Shipping delays. 

If Ordered before 2pm, We aim to ship the same day. If Ordered after 2pm, We will ship the product the next working day.

If Collection is required, Please contact us Prior to Purchase.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

If for any reason you wish to return your order, please contact us within 30 days from the date you receive your order. In all cases we ask that returned items are provided back to us in an un-used state; in their original packaging.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong item – please contact our customer support team, who will be happy to resolve any issues promptly

If you have purchased an item by mistake or you simply change your mind; please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Please note such returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%

Unfortunately we cannot be held liable for any parcels lost in the post, therefore please make sure that all returned items are sent by a recorded post and you keep your receipt as proof of postage
